Shipping & Returns

Orders require a current and accurate address. Please be sure to include appropriate suite and/or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. A $20.00 charge may be applied for reshipment when incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.  We are not responsible to any lost or stolen package(s) once the tracking status showing the package is delivered to the provided shipping address. Any order addressed to a unsecured house or building is placed at your own risk. We suggest to contact your local post office to hold your mail when expecting to be out of town or away from your home after placing your order. 

When order was successfully delivered based on the tracking status from the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any reimbursement or filing any lost package claim(s). We also not responsible for any delay that caused by the carrier. You are responsible to contact shipping carrier to resolve the delay problem.   

Orders delivered within the State of Hawaii will be charged a 4.712% state tax. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after order date. Express order are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time of receipt.  Orders cut-off time is at noon from Monday to Friday.  No shipping on Saturday and Sunday.  Orders placed over the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. via USPS first class service, USPS priority mail or FedEX service. Canada orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail service as the cost of oversea shipping and it may take between 3-6 weeks to arrive. Transit time may vary depending on the destination of the order. *Any order under $10 would be shipped via USPS 1st class (not Fedex service)"

USPS Priority Service will take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on destination.  Add additional 7-14 days for any footwear depends on which distribution center the item is sending out for your order. Footwear is not available to ship oversea. Other shipping restriction may apply to footwear.  FedEX service will take about 2-4 business days to arrive depending on destination. 

Orders are shipped from Honolulu on the island of Oahu. All orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. FedEx Express service is available at an additional charge (shipment restriction: FedEx package will be not able to deliver to PO box address).   

Shipments are processed and sent out Monday through Friday (Shipping fee is non-refundable)

Pacific Harley-Davidson's office, warehouse, and distribution center are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve, and New year Day. 

Restrictions: Orders can only ship to the same region as your billing address. Order will be cancelled if shipping address is different from billing address. Any order with an invalid shipping address or incorrect zip code will be cancelled and refunded.  For any returned order from carrier due to the invalid address that was provided from the order, customer will be responsible for shipping fees to resend order to the correct address.   

To expedite your order you may choose FedEx Express Services with extra cost. Saturday delivery for FedEx Express is not available. Fedex 2-days service will take up to 3-4 days to arrive depends on the received time of the order and the availability of the product at the warehouse. Please be aware of ordering time since order cut-off time is at noon.  Any orders received after 12:00 noon will push to the next day.

Returns and Exchange

 Pacific Harley-Davidson in-store policy on returns states that unworn and unwashed merchandise, with the tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase with the accompanying receipt. This excludes final sale merchandise and special order item(s), those items are not returnable or exchangeable. Lack of receipt or proof of purchase will result in the issuing store credit for the current selling price of the item(s).

 Online orders can be returned or exchange in stores within 30 days of original purchase with original purchase receipt.  Please email us at orders@pacifichd.com to submit your refund request and send the item(s) to the following address.

Shipping charge is non-refundable for return or exchange. 

Items purchased at retails stores are not eligible for returns online, but will be accepted at any of our retail stores in Hawaii.
